Services

• Services are performed based on the package or add-ons selected at time of booking
• Results may vary depending on vehicle condition (stains, wear, damage, etc.)

No Refund Policy

• All services are final sale
• No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed

Satisfaction & Rework

• If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will review the original scope of work and assess the concern
• If the issue falls within the original service, a touch-up may be offered at our discretion
• If the request goes beyond the original scope, it will be treated as an additional service/add-on and priced accordingly

Scope of Work

• Only services explicitly selected and agreed upon are included
• Areas or issues not included in the selected package may require additional charges

Vehicle Condition

• Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, odors, wear) may not be fully correctable
• We are not responsible for uncovering or worsening pre-existing conditions during cleaning

Booking & Payments

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

Cancellations

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with reasonable notice (e.g., 24 hours)
• Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit

Liability

We take care when servicing your vehicle, but are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical/electrical issues unrelated to detailing
• Personal items left in the vehicle
